Because our apparel is custom-made just for you, all custom sales are considered final. That said, your happiness matters to us. If there is ever an issue with the quality of the print, embroidery, or overall craftsmanship, please reach out—we are more than happy to review the situation and make it right whenever possible.

Sizing Guidance
We kindly ask that customers carefully review our Size Chart before placing an order. Each item may fit a little differently, and for this reason, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Custom & Personalized Items
Once an order is placed and production has begun, changes, cancellations, or returns cannot be made due to the personalized nature of our products.
Shipping Information
Once your order has shipped, Bayside & Beyond Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or packages lost in transit. If a package is marked as delivered or becomes delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
