Shipping policy

At Bayside & Beyond Boutique, we strive to fulfill every order with care and efficiency. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a  shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Bayside & Beyond Boutique is  not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in transit. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we kindly ask that you contact your  local post office or shipping carrier directly. They will be able to provide the most accurate updates, confirm the last scan location, and assist with filing a claim if necessary. 

Local Pickup
For customers selecting local pickup, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup at our facility in Ludlow, MA.
If your schedule may not allow you to pick up your order in a timely manner, we strongly recommend choosing shipping at checkout  to avoid any inconvenience.
