Turnaround Time
3 Business Day Turnaround
Orders placed by 10:00 AM will be fulfilled by the end of the 3rd business day
Turnaround time begins once print-ready artwork is received

Artwork Requirements
To ensure the highest print quality, all artwork must meet the following requirements:
Transparent background (PNG recommended)
Minimum 300 DPI
No overlapping designs
Artwork must be sized correctly before submission
Important:
Files are printed exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for reprints due to incorrect artwork. If we catch an issue, we will contact you, but this may delay your order.
How to Apply Your DTF Transfers
Follow these steps for best pressing results:
Temperature: 310-320°F
Heat Press Pressure: Heavy
Press Time: 10–15 seconds
Peel: Hot peel — remove quickly from one corner to the other (like a Band-Aid)
Repress:
Same temperature
Heavy pressure
10–15 seconds
Important Notes
Customer is responsible for submitting print-ready files
No refunds or reprints for incorrect artwork submissions
If an issue is identified before printing, we will contact you via email but please note: This will affect your turnaround time by however long it takes to correct your artwork  issue.
